Seahorse birthday card

over 60 minutes Blue easy Card Making Birthday

I made the background by painting blue acrylic paint onto white card and then sprayed blue ink onto it and spots of white paint and dry brushed over it with white gesso. I stamped on the seahorse with black tuxedo ink and then added clear 3d gel dots and white gel pen dots. I cut the panel out and trimmed the corners and then attached it to a 6x6" white linen card blank that I also trimmed the corners on. I then stamped the sentiment onto linen card in blue ink and then die cut a circle and attached it to the card with foam pads. I added a crystal for his eye to finish. x
