Louise, thanks for running the challenge. 

Here is my entry, which I will use for our next eldest grandson whose birthday is next month.

I used patterned paper from The Works mounted onto black card.  The circles were die cut and made into shaker elements.  I used flat sequins to fill.  I decided to keep the centre circle for the Birthday sentiment..adding Happy just above.

I liked this sketch and will use it again
