Hand made Notebook

I have been looking at ideas for crafts I can make in my hospice classes and this little handmade notebook is one of them.
I cut and scored a piece of Kraft card for my cover and then cut some plain paper for the pages. I used a simple stitch binding to make the notebook and then decorated it with panels and stamped wording...the "Don't Forget" was stamped direct and heat embossed and the other wording was stamped cut out and adhered with matt gel medium. I added some twine  beneath the stamped Kraft spine cover.
