For this layout, I chose the glittery tile effect background as my starting point. I then cut a piece of white cardstock to roughly 11x11 inches, and used gold acrylic paint round the edges, as well as splattering some onto the centre, and adhered this to the background.
I fussy cut A LOT of feathers, roughly 2.5 sheets worth. I then drew a large circle onto the layout using a plate, and began sticking the feathers down so they radiated out from the circle. Once this was finished, I cut a smaller circle from a piece of cardboard, and repeated the process of sticking the feathers round the edge to create a smaller wreath, which I then stuck on top of the first wreath so that the feathers were overlapping slightly. I repeated this once more with another, smaller circle cut from cardboard, and layered this again. I used a hexagon die to cut out my photo and to matte it with one of the papers from the pad. Lastly I added a couple of gold stickers onto the photo, some sequins and some stray feathers at the bottom so they appeared to be falling from the wreath.
