What are you making?
What fabric crafts are you making at the moment ladies? I've just finished 10 pet blankets for the rescue centre at Xmas, and 6 twiddlemuffs (pic in my gallery) for the local residential home. It goes without saying I'm obviously making Xmas cards as well but once I've got those sorted I'm making cat toys for the rescue centre! :D I've got a few different ones I'd like to make but I was particularly pleased with the Xmas stocking one I did - it started out as a pattern for baby boottees  but I modified it!!! Will fill it with catnip closer to the time.

Re: What are you making?
No fabric crafts at the moment, but once the Christmas cards are done I hope to do some. They will be Christmas based, as I try to make bits for the family's trees etc. I also have a Pinflair fabric Christmas tree project, to complete, that was started in 2014!
I really appreciate all your lovely comments on my projects. Your feedback is very important to me.

Re: What are you making?
Does knitting count???? I am knitting bobble hats for the Christmas Child Shoe box appeal all the ladies at W.I. are were asked to knit at least one before our next meeting in November, so I'm cracking on !! I haven't knitted for years and my poor arthritic hands are not liking it much but I'm persevering in hope they improve , if they don't I'll just knit one if they do I'll do some more as they are easy. all you need is love and chocolate
Thank you to everyone for the lovely comments I recieve on my Gallery Mary x

Re: What are you making?
Of course knitting counts Mary :D It is listed under the fabric crafts so you're OK   I was interested to hear about your WI. I went as a guest to our local one last month and was suitably impressed so yesterday I became a fully fledged member :D I wonder if all the groups do the same sort of thing? I notice you mentioned a harvest event yesterday and our one held a harvest lunch after the meeting. No mention of the Christmas child shoe box appeal as I'd happily have knitted for them.
