Hi all, Just wondered if there's anyone else out there who's as furious as I am! Basically a party of 5 of us attended the "great British craft festival" at donington. As we're all aware the day itself was pretty poor for various reasons but I'm over that now, my issue at the moment is regarding the £5 discount code printed on each ticket entitling the ticket holder to £5 off their next order. Haha what a joke this is!! I placed an order using my first ticket and indeed had £5 taken off the order value. I then placed a separate order and tried to enter the second ticket code (which bizarrely was an identical code??) the website wouldn't accept the code so I sent an email explaining the problem. I had a reply which said try again and contact them if it still doesn't work. The second time was successful but I soon realised that the £5 discount hadn't been deducted, after sending numerous emails which still haven't been answered to date I rang create and crafts customer service team and after 30 minutes on the phone I was told that regardless of it not being any fault of my own, the fact that they have sold tickets with duplicate voucher codes on means that it can't be used!!! I was told by the lady at customer services that and I quote " that's just the way it works, I'm very sorry but you can't use both tickets" I'm completely appalled by this and wondered if any of you guys have had the same issue, Ggggrrrrrr I'm so angry! My two codes were identical as well and as it happens, I didn't bother using them but to my mind, if when purchasing the ticket you are told it contains a £5 discount code, then each ticket purchased should be eligible for the discount. After all, each ticket got a Hunkydory goody bag. I'd be tempted to report that to someone somewhere. IMHO they haven't delivered what you purchased

Update on my original post, I have now received a £5 discount from my next order!! It's a kind of compensation, but means I'm having to place yet another order. Never mind I suppose at least the issue was kind of sorted.
