We have seen so many cards made on social media using this
fab Z fold so we had to try it ourselves…and we loved it! Read on to find out
how to make your own.
What you Need
Whiz kids 6x6 Paper Pack, Decoupage Pad, Sentiment Toppers,
Frames, Stamps, Stickers Sheet, Bunting
Dovecraft 6x6 Card Blank and White A4 Card Stock
Gel Pens
How to Make
1.
Using the Whiz Kids Decoupage pad, make the
Football decoupage topper following the numbered steps.
TIP: Do not stick the last layer of the
feet down as these will sit on the frame.
2.
Cut a piece of Whiz Kids paper down to 8.5cm x
11cm, round the corners and mat and layer on to an 8cm x 10.5 cm piece of coordinating
Whiz Kids paper. Adhere the decoupage topper to this at a jaunty angle. Adhere
the frame to the decoupage topper, adding the last pair of legs to the top of
the Whiz Kids frame with 3D foam pads.

3.
Vertically score the front of your Dovecraft 6x6
card blank in the centre and fold it.

4.
Pick 2 different patterned designs within the
Whiz kids 6x6 paper pack and cut them both down to fit the two folded panels on the inside
of your card blank.
5.
Next pick a coordinating sheet and stamp your
chosen designs from the Whiz Kids collection onto it.

6.
Colour your designs in with gel pens and adhere
it with Dovecraft Perma Fix tape to the inside of your card, on the right hand
side.
7.
Cut a 4cm wide strip from another Dovecraft 6x6
card blank. Open it out horizontally and score and fold a vertical line, 7.5cm
in from the right hand side.

8.
Next cut coordinating pieces of Whiz Kids paper
to fit the panels.

9.
Adhere this band along the centre of the card,
ensuring to only glue it to the first panel on the left hand side and on the
edge of the right hand side. Also make sure that the longest panel is on the
left hand side.

10.
Adhere your decoupage topper with Dovecraft
Perma Fix tape at an angel on the first panel on the left hand side. Adhere the
‘Goal’ sentiment from the decoupage pad to the bottom left hand side of the
frame with 3D foam pads and stick a football to the bottom left hand corner of
the card from the Whiz Kids Sticker sheets.

11.
Finish by sticking the Whiz Kids ‘Birthday Boy’
sentiment on the Z fold and adding a line of bunting above the decoupage image
with 3D foam pads.

This playful Z fold card design will be perfect for little
boys who can’t get enough of football!
