
This cardmaking project was inspired by a recent trip to the seaside, a fun card to give, that gently rocks as if bobbing on the waves. The perfect craft project for the boys in your life. Download the template

Instructions
1. Use the template and cut out all the elements with your chosen papers we used 8x8 First Edition Neroli
2. Cut the wooden skewer to around 15cms and remember to cut off the sharp ends, glue to the sail using hot glue.
3. Fold the boat in half and add the boat decoration to the front, decorate with a length of jute, silver charm and sentiment.
4. On the right side make a small hole 4cms in on the crease fold of the boat, this is where the skewer will sit. Glue the skewer to the inside front of the card to give it balance.
5. Dip a piece of twine in some clear drying glue, lay straight and allow to dry. When dry attach to the back of the boat up to the top of the sail.
6. Take the cut out flag shapes and fold in half, use double sided tape on the inside of the flag, wrap around the twine and secure.
