Project 1: Dad Stache Jar

How to Make
1. Measure the height of your jar and
create a paper band to wrap around the jar. Keep in place by using 3 rows of
double sided tape at the top, middle and bottom of the jar We have used the new
First Edition Travel Notes paper for ours.
2. Print your free labels out and cut
out the tie shapes. Where the patterned paper meets, stick your tie at the top.
3. To create the collar for your jar,
cut a 2.8cm wide band of paper. Make sure the band of paper is long enough to
wrap around your whole jar and meet where your paper tie is. Finally, cut the ends at an angle. If you
want to add more embellishment to your jar, you can add a button to each collar
wing.
4. To finish, cut out the ‘Dad Stache’
label and cut out the tag hole. With some twine, feed the tag through and wrap
around the top of the jar, several times before tying with a bow.
Project 2: Best Dad Ever Jar

How to Make
1. Make a paper band to wrap around
the centre of the jar. We have used the fun repeat scooter paper from the First
Edition Man Made papercraft collection for our band.
2. With a piece of Dovecraft textured paper, punch a scalloped circle using the Fiskars Squeeze Punch and stick onto
the jar with double sided tape. Cut a bicycle wheel from the First Edition Man
Made 12”x12” paper pack and stick on top of the scalloped circle.

3. Print out the ‘Best Dad Ever’
sentiment from the printable labels and cut to size before sticking the edge
onto the bicycle wheel cut out. We have created a curved effect with the label
by not sticking it on the surface of the jar. Stick some doubled sided tape
under the fish tail design to ensure it keeps in place. To finish the
centrepiece on the jar, we have cut a scooter from the Man Made paper pad to
size and placed in the centre of the topper with foam pads.
4. To coordinate with the rest of the
jar, we have cut out the plain scalloped circle from the printable Father’s Day
jar labels and stuck it to the jar lid. As a finishing touch we have cut out a
scooter and placed in the centre of the lid with foam pads.

Project 3: We Love You to Pieces Jar

How to Make
1. Measure your jar and cut a paper
band to fit round your jar. We have then made a smaller inner paper band and layered
onto the larger piece of paper. Wrap the paper bands onto the jar with double
sided tape.
2. Cut out the ‘Dad we love you to
pieces’ sentiment from your free printable labels and stick onto the patterned
paper with foam pads.
3. To finish, we have cut out the ‘#1
Dad’ scalloped circle label and placed it on to the jar lid.
We love these yummy looking sweet jars! How will you use
your free Father’s Day Printables? We would love to see your projects using
