How to Make

1.  Download both of your craft templates and cut the foam. The templates are the correct size for the baskets pictured.

2.  Following the guidelines for template 1, fold the foam to create the handle of the basket. Use the double sided tape to secure.

3.  Use the second template guide to fold the bottom of the foam and stick to the back of the basket.  Use tape to secure the sides in place.

4.  Add some sparkle to your Easter baskets with some gems and pearls, the perfect opportunity to let your children’s creativity go wild.

5.  You can paint your spoons in co-ordinating colours, we used DecoArt Chalky Paint on ours. Leave to dry before sticking on the googly eggs, foam bunny ears, nose and chicken beak. To add whiskers to your bunny, cut some small pieces of acrylic wire and place under the nose with tape.

6.  As a final touch, you can cut some foam to create feathers for your chicken and snip the edging to give a feathered effect.

This crafting project will keep your children entertained and will be perfect for holding their chocolate treats from their Easter Egg Hunt. Why not share your Easter projects in the project gallery.
