In May we started a search for 2 new design team members,
with so many entries we were spoilt for choice, we wish we could have you all!,
this led us to choose 3 new members instead of 2, find out more about them
below.

Say hello to Angie! (Feathertassel) She has been crafting
since little but has been professionally crafting for 3 years. Mother to two
grown up children, Angie is known as the ‘shy artist’ in her family, like many
crafters, she is humble about her work but is eager to inspire people with her
creations. Angie describes her crafting style as very eclectic, enjoying the
nostalgia of vintage collections but also the freshness of more modern designs.

Karen (Cherishthememory) lives in Bedfordshire and has a
background in commercial printing. She has been crafting for 20 years, using
her skills to create her own props when she was a window dresser. Since last
year, Karen has set up her own online gift business and works full time growing
her business. Karen believes that you are never too old to learn new crafting techniques
and is never too afraid to try new things with paper.

Lyndsey (CraftyBlonde) lives in Wolverhampton with her
husband Richard & two children Oliver & Abigail. She has been card
making for about 12 years but really took it up 7 years ago after giving up her
job to look after Abigail who has Cystic Fibrosis. In the past, Lyndsey has
worked for various design teams such as digi, crafter’s companion and of course
she was also a previous Trimcraft DT member. For five years, she has been
teaching papercraft lessons on a weekly basis. Lyndsey loves to use cute
characters on her cards and thinks no card is complete without a bit of ribbon
and a few flowers.
