How long have you been at Trimcraft?
I started at Trimcraft in March
What is your job role within the company?
I work in sales, so I basically
enter the sales orders, make sure the web orders go through the system, and
maintain contact between the sales office and our warehouse to ensure orders go
out on time. I handle customer and consumer queries regarding products and I
also manage the demonstration program.
What is an average day like at Trimcraft?
Busy! There are always lots to
do and everyday is different.

What’s the best thing about working for Trimcraft?
Seeing all the new products that
come in and getting to play with them all! Also my colleagues are all great so
it is an easy job to wake up to on a Monday; I can honestly say I never get
Monday morning blues.
What's your favourite part of working within a team?
I work within a great team, everybody has a
role and this team just gels really well. Our sales team are all nuts so that
helps to make the day more enjoyable.
What is your favourite Trimcraft product, why?
Oh Gosh If you asked me last
week it would have been the Deco Art fabric paints; they are so good and easy
to paint with. But this week, I would have to say the Cricut Iron on Vinyl I
have created a slogan t-shirt for my husband from the children and a one-off
original t- shirt for my 4 year old niece’s birthday present. I love making
something plain and boring a little bit more unique!
What has been your proudest achievement at Trimcraft?
I have many small “yes I did
that!” moments here, whether its reading a ‘thank you’ email from a customer
who I’ve helped, to finishing a demonstration cycle without too many hic ups. It
can be many smaller things, like entering a 7 page manual order in a set time
frame, to making some really good bonds with some really great customers, they
all add up!

What are your favourite hobbies?
My main hobbies are my two
beautiful children, they keep me very busy, they are 4 and 2 so keep me up on
my toes most of the time. I obviously LOVE to craft when ever I have a free
moment! I like Zentangling, it’s a nice way to relax at the end of the day. I
also like to TRY and keep fit!
What inspires you to craft?
I just love to create, I see
things in shops and think I’m not paying that much for something I’m sure I can
make!!! I mainly make gifts, I like to give unique gifts that are personal to
the person I am giving too.
What 3 words would best describe you?
Creative, Loud and Caring
If you had a million pounds how would you spend it?
I would pay my Mum and Dad back
all the money I’ve ever borrowed. Apart from that there probably wouldn’t be
much change!!! My husband is Australian so I would love to be in a
position where we could split our time between the two countries without any
Enjoy Christmas festivities with the family.
