Secret Message Card

You will Need:

Free Valentines papers

Dovecraft  clear  stamp – Envelope

Dovecraft clear stamp – Be my Valentine

First Edition textured cardstock pad

Dovecraft 6x6 cardblank

Twine

 

 

 

How to Make:

1.  Cut a 15cm square of backing paper, adhere to the card blank.

2.  Cut a 12cm piece of backing paper, mat and layer onto a piece of 12.5 square piece of textured cardstock. Adhere to the card blank at an angle.

3.  Cut a strip of backing paper 6x14.5cm, mat and layer onto a 6.5 x 15cm strip of textured cardstock and adhere across the centre of the card.

4.  Cut a 10cm square of backing paper, mat and layer onto a 10.5cm square of textured cardstock. Adhere to the centre of the card, leaving the right side open as a pocket.

5.  Using the Dovecraft 'Envelope' stamp, use black ink and stamp the envelope onto backing paper. Once dry, cut out and adhere to the centre of the card at an angle with foam pads.

6.  To make the tag- cut a piece of textured cardstock 9x7cm, cut both corners from one end and punch a small hole to thread some twine.

7.  Stamp the Dovecraft ‘Be my Valentine’ sentiment onto the tag and place into the pocket on the card.

Tip: The pull out tag design is perfect for different occasions, experiment with the Dovecraft range of stamps to achieve a new look.

You Will Need:

 

Free Valentines papers

Dovecraft 6x6 card blank

Dovecraft Love stamp

Dovecraft A4 white card stock

 

How to Make:

1.  Cut the front of the card diagonally to create a triangle front to the card.

2.  Cut a 14.5cm square of backing paper, adhere to the inside of the card.

3.  Cut another 14.5 cm square of backing paper, cut in half diagonally to fit the front of the card. Use a glue stick to adhere to the card front.

4.  Cut a 9cm square of white Dovecraft card stock, mat and layer with a piece of 8.5cm backing paper. Glue half of the square diagonally and place with glue to the front of the card

5.  Cut out a 5cm square of textured cardstock. Cut out a 4cm square of white Dovecraft cardstock.  Stamp the LOVE sentiment onto the white Dovecraft square and layer on to the piece of textured cardstock, using foam pads. Adhere to the square on the front of the card using foam pads to add dimension.

Tip: The paper could be used for wrapping a matching gift!
