Card with Hair Clip Gift

What You Will Need
Dovecraft Back to Basics Bright Spark 8”x8” Paper Pack
Dovecraft Back to Basics Bright Spark Ribbon, Bow, Blossoms
Dovecraft Buttons, 5”x 7” white card blank, Clear Stamps – Sentiments
Fiskars Squeeze Punch – X Large - Cloud
First Edition Flower Pot Die Set

How to Make
1. Glue a paper blossom to the base of a hair clip and add a button to the centre of the flower, repeat twice more.
2. With the 5” x 7” card blank, cut along the score line to 10cms and across the front to remove the top section.
3. Cut the blue chevron paper to 12.7cm x 17.9cm and stick to the inside of the card blank with double sided tape.

4. Cut the green gingham paper to 12.7cm x 7.8cm and layered onto the front section of the card.
5. Die cut the largest plant pot shape using the First Edition pastel pink textured card and add foam pads around the edges excluding the top of the pot as this is where the hair clips will go. Stick the die cut plant pot to the centre of the gingham paper.
6. To decorate the plant pot, add a piece of ribbon to the centre of the die cut pot and stick a mini bow in the middle.

7. Using the Fiskars Cloud Punch, cut out two clouds with white textured cardstock and stick to the chevron paper. Stamp the ‘Happy Birthday’ sentiment on a piece of white card. Once dry, cut in half and add to the clouds with foam pads.
8. To finish, clip the hair grips onto the front section to add flowers for your plant pot.
Button Bracelet

What You Will Need
Dovecraft Aqua and Sky Buttons
Bracelet and Jump Rings
Jewellery Pliers if required
How to Make
1. Place your buttons in a line to decide your colour combination, we have chosen to alternate between light and dark with the Dovecraft Aqua and Sky buttons.
2. Open the jump rings and place a button on to the ring on to the bracelet and close the jump ring with the pliers. Continue to do with this until you have completed your button colour combination.
TIP: You might need to use jewellery pliers to open the jump rings

3. You can leave your bracelet like this, or add a longer charm feature on your bracelet. To do this, create a chain of five jump rings, attaching a button to the first and last jump ring. With the three central jump rings, attach three more jump rings with buttons on each ring. Add the extra chain to the bracelet to finish.
Button Heart Shaped Wall art

What You Will Need
Dovecraft Blush and Rouge Buttons
A 12.5cm x 16cm canvas
Dovecraft craft glue
How to Make
1. With your Dovecraft buttons, create a heart shape on the centre of your canvas.
TIP: Fold a piece of paper in half and cut half a heart shape on the centre fold, use as a template.
2. Once you are happy with the placement of the buttons and your heart shape, glue the buttons down with craft glue, leave to dry.

3. You could personalise your canvas by stamping a name or occasion under the heart.
