What You Will Need

First Edition 8x8 Bella Rose Pad
Dovecraft A4 White Card
6 Dovecraft 5x7 White Envelopes
Blue satin Ribbon
Dovecraft 5x7 Kraft Cards

How to Make

1.   Cut a piece of white card 28 x 16.5cm, from the left score the card at 4cms, 4.5cms, 16cms and 16.5 cms to create the outer folder. Round the corners on the left hand side.

2.   Take your 5x7 envelopes and seal them closed. Trim a few millimetres off the top of the envelope. Stick a strip of Perma fix tape vertically down the centre of each envelope and stick them all together, glue inside the card folder.

3.   Fold the booklet up and stick a length of ribbon under the front flap and another to the back of the card folder so it can tie around the front.

4.   Cover the outside of the folder with your chosen paper, we have used First Edition Bella Rose with a gorgeous embossed rose print. Also cover the inside flap with patterned paper to hide the ribbon end.

5.   Take a 5x7 Kraft card and cut in half, cover with patterned paper cut to 15 x 10.5 cm and add a square of lined paper on top for your recipes, you can also add more paper to the back of the card if you need more space. Place your cards inside the envelopes for storage.

These fab folders would also be great for gardeners or storing important notes & receipts. We would love to see your version in the project gallery.
